As a valuable member of our community news team; the right candidate will be friendly, professional and have the desire and ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun, community first environment.
As our office manager you will be contacting subscribers, greeting visitors, answering phone calls and replying to emails.
In addition to general office support and duties, our office manager assists with order entry and editorial data entry.
Experience with managing accounts payables and accounts receivables preferred.
Must know Microsoft Office suite and be able to learn industry specific software.
Schedule is flexible with a maximum of 29 hours between Monday to Friday 8:
30am to 5:
00pm.
The office manager would be required to open the office at 8:
30am each morning.
Benefits include paid vacation and 401(k) after requirements of eligibility are met.
